Wow—where do I start? Tom Windham lived in a small rental house in our backyard and built a wooden whitewater kayak of his own design on the back porch. Hiring him was a no-brainer. Dagger was still a young, upstart company, and Tom’s out-of-the-box graphic designs and innovative marketing approaches—like Fluid, our own magazine—greatly elevated how Dagger was perceived in the marketplace.
