Excel Rehab and Sports is a physical therapy clinic guided by a clear purpose, a strong mission, and a dedicated team committed to a personalized, hands-on approach to wellness. As the clinic expanded rapidly throughout upstate South Carolina and southeastern Tennessee, Partner and CFO Timothy Moore sought a design agency that could elevate the brand and website to match Excel Rehab’s growth and reputation.
Solution
Our primary objective was to streamline the patient experience—making it simple for individuals to access the care they need. We achieved this by prominently featuring online appointment requests on every page and ensuring contact information was always accessible. To further enhance communication, we integrated a live chat feature, providing patients with instant support and multiple ways to connect.
We designed a clean, intuitive website that is easy to manage and ensures clients can quickly locate and contact their regional clinic. Serving as an information portal, the site reinforces Excel Rehab and Sports’ position as the premier physical therapy provider in every region it serves.
Excel Rehab and Sports continues to grow, driven by strong leadership, a focused market position, and an ability to attract top-tier talent. The most visited section of the website is a dedicated recruitment tool we developed to help the clinic attract and engage the best and brightest professionals in the field.
Since the launch of their new website, Excel Rehab has expanded by adding three new clinics and was subsequently acquired by a national physical therapy company. Impressed by the results, Timothy Moore entrusted Windham Design with additional website and logo design projects for several other clients.
