Clemson Downs

Clemson Downs has served the Clemson community and residents with quality retirement living, wellness, and health care for over 35 years. Their latest capital improvement campaign focused on expanding their service offerings by adding skilled nursing rooms and a state-of-the-art memory care facility to better serve their residents. Clemson Downs is unique in that it was built by retiring professors of Clemson University. Clemson, South Carolina, is a unified community with much to offer retirees. Also, Clemson Downs’ broad spectrum of services allows individuals and couples to enter into and progress through any stage of the aging process. Clemson Downs’ “retire in place” offerings and long-standing heritage and ties to the university guided our identity creation.

The logo’s colors are prominent, and the overlapping petals of the logo’s mark represent Clemson Downs’ four pillars of support: independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. The Clemson Downs’ lotus also symbolizes the community’s energy, wellness, and vitality. In addition to creating the new identity, we provided a comprehensive sales and marketing packet, updated the website and advertising, and developed the brand identity.

Results
Clemson Downs successfully booked all rooms at its new facility in record time, and businesses and the community in the region immediately embraced the new image we created. We have been working closely with the Downs since 2014.
